Back with another 2-ingredient chocolate mousse cake! As always, it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from refined sugar — but this time, it’s made with just bananas and chocolate! Ingredients: •3 ripe bananas •9 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate (I use dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate) Instructions: 1. Peel the bananas and add them to a high-speed blender. 2. Melt the chocolate, then pour it into the blender with the bananas. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides
