A spell of heavy rain didn’t stop the witches from taking over East City tonight. Dressed in pointed hats, capes, and Halloween colours, the group gathered outside the Canadian Family Health building on Rogers Street, where they kicked off their lively flash mob before making their way through the rain to The Rail Yard Restaurant.
