The KwaDukuza Magistrate’s Court heard on Tuesday that one of the accused in the horrific Monswamy family massacre intends to apply for bail. 27-year-old Bongumenzi Mpungose is expected to bring a formal application at a later date, according to National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Natasha Ramkisson-Kara. The Legal Aid attorney indicated they would approach the court with a suitable date after consulting with the accused. The matter has been postponed to July 31 for further investigations
